Privacy Notice
Operador Listo · operadorlisto.com Last updated: October 27, 2026
This is an English translation of our Spanish-language privacy notice (aviso de privacidad integral), provided for convenience. If the two versions differ, the Spanish version prevails.
1. Who is responsible for your data
Tesla Market Insight, S.A. de C.V. (“Tesla Market Insight,” “we,” or “us”), which operates the Operador Listo brand and the operadorlisto.com website, located at Arquímedes 205, Polanco, Alcaldía Miguel Hidalgo, C.P. 11560, Mexico City, Mexico, is responsible for processing your personal data under Mexico’s Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties, published in the Official Gazette of the Federation (Diario Oficial de la Federación) on March 20, 2025 (the “Law”).
For any question about your personal data, contact our Personal Data Department:
- Email: lifemystylemx@gmail.com
- WhatsApp: +52 55 2766 3197
- Mailing address: the address above.
2. Who this notice applies to
- People who buy our products or subscribe to our program, or who do so on behalf of a trucking company.
- People who contact us by WhatsApp or email.
- Drivers who use the simulator.
- Visitors to operadorlisto.com.
3. Personal data we process
Our site has no forms of its own. We only obtain personal data through Stripe’s checkout page and through the messages you send us by WhatsApp or email.
Purchases and subscriptions. On Stripe’s checkout page, you enter your name, email address, phone number, billing address, and, if you wish, your Mexican tax ID (RFC). Stripe shares that data with us, along with the product, the number of drivers purchased, the amount, currency, date, card brand, and last four digits of the card. If you subscribe to the monthly program, Stripe keeps your payment method on file to make the recurring charges and tells us the status of your subscription: renewals, changes in the number of drivers, and cancellations. We never receive or store your full card number or security code.
Invoicing. If you ask for a Mexican electronic invoice (CFDI): your name or company name, RFC, ZIP code of your tax address, tax regime, intended use of the CFDI, and the email address where we should send it.
WhatsApp and email support. Your phone number, profile name, email address, and the content of your messages and attachments.
Browsing. When you visit the site, Cloudflare, our hosting provider, processes the technical data needed to deliver the pages and protect the site, such as your IP address, browser, operating system, and the date and time of your visit. Cloudflare Web Analytics shows us aggregate visit statistics without using cookies and without identifying anyone.
Data that stays on the device and never reaches us. The simulator runs inside the browser. The data entered in it, such as the driver’s name, the company’s ID or name, and practice results, is saved only in the device’s local storage and is never sent to any server: we cannot see, correct, or recover it. This includes the fleet assessment’s “Simulacro calificado” (scored mock test): each driver takes it on their phone, and the company records the results in its Excel compliance record. We do not receive that record or the forms in the “Expediente DOT del operador” kit either, unless you choose to send them to us.
Sensitive data. We do not ask for sensitive personal data, such as information about health, ethnic origin, religious beliefs, or political opinions, or for biometric data. Please do not include it in your messages.
Financial data. We only process the minimum payment information that Stripe shares with us to complete your purchase and manage your subscription. We do not need your express consent for this because it is essential to perform the legal relationship you establish with us (Articles 7 and 9, section IV, of the Law).
4. How we use your data
Necessary purposes. These are essential to our relationship with you, so they do not require your consent:
- Processing your purchase and delivering your private access or download link.
- Managing your subscription: recurring charges, renewals, changes in the number of drivers, cancellations, and applying the fleet assessment credit.
- Issuing any CFDI you request.
- Handling your questions, technical support, clarifications, cancellations, and refunds.
- Meeting our legal, tax, and accounting obligations and responding to requests from authorities.
- Preventing fraud and protecting the security of the site.
- Handling your data protection requests and withdrawals of consent.
Additional purpose. Only if you agree, we will email you news, new products, and offers from Operador Listo. To agree, check the box at checkout or ask us in writing. You can withdraw at any time using the unsubscribe link in every email or by writing to us. Saying no or unsubscribing does not affect your purchase.
We do not sell your personal data, use it for targeted advertising, or build profiles with it.
5. Who we share your data with
Service providers. They process data on our behalf and are bound by confidentiality and security obligations:
- Cloudflare, Inc. (United States and the countries where its network operates): hosting, security, and aggregate site statistics. Privacy policy: https://www.cloudflare.com/privacypolicy/
- Google LLC (United States): the email service we use to receive and answer your messages.
- An authorized CFDI certification provider and our outside accountant (Mexico): issuing invoices and meeting tax obligations.
Stripe. Stripe Payments Mexico, S. de R.L. de C.V., and Stripe, LLC (Mexico and the United States) process payments and the subscription’s recurring charges, operate the customer portal where you can manage or cancel your subscription, and, on our behalf, email you your receipt and access link. In addition to acting on our behalf, Stripe processes payment data as an independent controller for its own fraud-prevention and regulatory obligations, under its privacy policy: https://stripe.com/privacy
WhatsApp. If you message us on WhatsApp, the service is provided by WhatsApp LLC (Meta), which processes your data under its own privacy policy: https://www.whatsapp.com/legal/privacy-policy
Transfers that do not require your consent (Article 36 of the Law):
- To Stripe, because it is necessary for the purchase contract you enter into with us.
- To Mexico’s Tax Administration Service (SAT), when we issue a CFDI.
- To competent authorities that require it under the law, and when necessary to establish, exercise, or defend a right in court.
We do not make any transfers that require your consent. If we ever want to, we will ask you first.
Some of these providers are located, or store data, outside Mexico, mainly in the United States.
6. Cookies and similar technologies
- We do not use advertising or tracking cookies, or social media pixels.
- Cloudflare Web Analytics does not use cookies or your browser’s local storage, and it does not identify anyone.
- Cloudflare may set strictly necessary security cookies, for example, to check that a visit is not coming from an automated program. They are not used to follow you from site to site. More information: https://developers.cloudflare.com/fundamentals/reference/policies-compliances/cloudflare-cookies/
- The checkout page and the customer portal are operated by Stripe, which uses its own cookies to process payments and prevent fraud: https://stripe.com/legal/cookies-policy
- The simulator uses the browser’s local storage, as explained in section 3. You can clear it in your browser settings by deleting the site data for operadorlisto.com. If you do, the information saved on that device will be lost.
7. How to limit the use or disclosure of your data
- Unsubscribe from our emails using the link in each one.
- Ask us to add you to our do-not-contact list by writing to the email address in section 1.
- If you are in Mexico, register with the Public Registry to Avoid Advertising (REPEP) run by the Federal Consumer Protection Agency (PROFECO).
- Clear the data the simulator keeps in the browser.
8. Your ARCO rights and withdrawal of consent
You have the right to access your personal data and learn how it is processed (access); to ask us to correct it if it is inaccurate or incomplete (rectification); to ask us to delete it from our records (cancellation); and to object to its processing for a legitimate reason (objection). You may also withdraw any consent you have given us, without retroactive effect. In some cases we may not be able to delete data or honor a withdrawal right away, for example, when the law requires us to keep records of a purchase.
To exercise these rights, send your request to lifemystylemx@gmail.com or by WhatsApp to +52 55 2766 3197, including:
- Your name and an email or mailing address where we can send our answer.
- A document proving your identity or, if a representative acts for you, documents proving the representative’s identity and authority.
- A clear description of the data your request concerns, unless you are requesting access.
- The right you want to exercise or what you are asking for.
- Anything else that helps us find your data, such as the email address you used to buy.
If you ask us to correct your data, tell us what should be changed and attach supporting documents.
We will give you our answer within 20 business days of receiving your request and, if your request is granted, we will carry it out within the following 15 business days. These periods may be extended once, for the same length of time, when justified by the circumstances. We will send the information to you by email in digital format. Exercising these rights is free; we would only charge for any reproduction or shipping costs.
If you disagree with our answer, or if you do not receive one in time, you may file a data protection claim with Mexico’s Ministry of Anti-Corruption and Good Governance (Secretaría Anticorrupción y Buen Gobierno), the competent authority under the Law: https://www.gob.mx/buengobierno
9. How long we keep your data
- Purchases and invoicing: for the period required by tax law, generally five years (Article 30 of Mexico’s Federal Tax Code).
- Subscriptions: while the subscription is active and then for the purchase retention period.
- Support messages: up to 12 months after our last exchange, unless they relate to a purchase or a complaint.
- Mailing list: until you unsubscribe.
When those periods end, we will block the data for the statute of limitations of any claims arising from its processing and then delete it.
10. Security
We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your data: the site runs over encrypted connections (HTTPS), our service accounts are protected with two-factor authentication, only people who need access to data have it, and access links are private. Payments are processed on Stripe’s platform, which complies with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS). If a security breach significantly affected your rights, we would notify you right away.
11. Minors
Our products are intended for businesses and adult professional drivers. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
12. Changes to this notice
We may update this notice because of changes in the law, our products, or our practices. We will post the current version on this page with its update date. If a change is significant and we have your email address, we will also let you know by email. If a change involves a new purpose that requires your consent, we will ask for it first.
13. Consent
We do not need your consent for the necessary purposes because they are essential to perform the legal relationship you establish with us (Article 9, section IV, of the Law). For the additional purpose, we will ask for your consent through a checkbox that you must check yourself.
